CAN SOMEONE HELP ME ??

I am in need of some answers... for the past week i have had a weird sensation mostly in my left hand but in my left arm as well . also i am contantly dizzy too ( its like im in a different body)its very hard to explain what i am feeling there for everyone i speak to thinks i am crazy. its constant and dosent go away..i feel slight confusion as well and my vison seemd to be blurry/ I frequently have sharp pains in my head. my mom had history of MANY stroke and passed from it at 50. I am only 21 so the docs dont want to hear that i am concerned about it possibly being stroke related. i have a 3 yr old and a 9 wk old that needs my constat attention if anyone has any advice please email me ..i apoloigize for the long story but i am so confused and out of sorts and really scard.. thanks alot

Hi, I too agree that these symptoms of dizziness, visual impairment etc that you are describing could be of stroke, migraine or tension headache. As you have a family background with medical history of stroke so it is best to get the bug out of your mind by an MRI/ CT Scan of your head and spine or CT angiography with the help of a neurologist who can examine you in person and conduct above mentioned test to reach to a diagnosis and treat you thereafter. Jess, do not worry about doctors not believing you.  The fact that you have a family history of stroke will over-ride your age.  From the information I have read about stroke symptoms, you seem to be having them all.  If I was you, I would go immediately to the hospital if you are too weak and don't think you can safely drive there then call an ambulance.  Some of these symptoms are also for heart attack.  Please follow up
