Bradycardia,blurred vision and dizziness

i m 35 y female dilevered 4 mo back after which i developed symptomatic bradycardia HR was 35 lowest reading average 40 with chest tightness and dizziness and blurred vision all investigation came normal. i had slow improvement but during last 2 weeks i got dizziness and blurring again with HR  45 most of time but it can go tell 70, with chest discomfert all increases after any effort. all my investigation within normal except rhematic factor 23 and weak positive ANA. MRV,MRA normal.  can  you please helpe me for Diagnosis

thanks for your answer but burning pain was at time before removing the epidural catheter

Burning pain in the perineum may be due to the normal delivery process itself,due to stretching of the perineal muscle,and nerves.It normally takes 6 weeks for the recovery of vague symptoms.u may try some medications like
Pregab 75 plus for about 15 days ,daily one capsule at bed time,it should relieve ur symptoms

last delivary i had epidural anasthesia, during catheter insresion it fail 2 times and inserted with difficulty and it was kept in my back 12 hours and it cause pain like burning pain perianal. is that related to my symptoms after delivary and now,  please i need an answer

pl check the TSH levels \. u could be of one of suffering from post partum hypothyroidism, pl do get a cardiac evaluation too.
