Weird feeling radiating from tailbone.

I hope someone can help me with this...I have a weird feeling that is radiating from my tailbone (for lack of a better description:  starting at the top of the crack and going across the top of my buttocks).  I can best describe it as kind of numby/tingly sensation that makes me feel weak throughout my buttocks and legs (hamstrings and calves, not quads) that has been with me for 7-10 days.  I cannot remember any impact on my tailbone, but was working out a lot during the week leading up to this including intense leg lift workouts where my hands are under my lower back and I think that may have caused a nerve to be pinched or something.  There really isn't any pain.  I feel like the sensation gets worse, or more intense but still no more than a 3 on a 1-10 scale, when sitting and leaning forward (e.g. elbows on knees).  Has anyone heard about this before?  I couldn't find anything on the web, mainly because I am not experiencing pain only this weird sensation.  If you know what this is, please give me some guidance this is driving me nuts!

This might be "Kundalini Energy" getting activated , which happens at coccyx bone, i.e The tail bone.

I fyou do not understand these terms, search in Internet you will get the idea.
