I cant feel me.

36 yr old female.  A few days ago My pelvic area went numb.  Yesterday it moved up into my tummy area, especially on the right of the belly button.  Next the numbness went around my back,  then up my neck into my scalp.  This morning, I have absolutly no feeling on my upper torso, face and breasts included.  The parts that I can feel burn.  My tongue has become numb in the past few hours.  The top of my feet are starting to go numb too.

I don't have medical insurance in this country, and do not work.  Please someone help me.  I just moved to the states from S. Africa and don't know where to go with this.  I'm really scared.  Please help......

It doesnt matter if you have health insurance or not and without work you can probably qualify for some kind of free care, you need to get to a emergency room immediately. Numbness throughout your entire body can be a small sign of a serious hazard.
