Concussion/Aneurysm?

Im an 18 year old, female. Since yesterday (Friday Jan. 3), I have had the worst headache I have ever had. On the left side of my head, there is shooting pains that will come and go every 10 minutes or sometimes longer. Usually lasting only 5 seconds or so. As for today, the headache has not went away. It is a little above my eye. Also, my left side of my neck is really stiff and sore. Half the time, my whole body hurts, and I feel really tired all the time. I got hit in the head really hard Wednesday night and I don't know if I have a concussion or something else. I also wanted to know if you could get an Aneurysm from getting hit in the head? I looked up the symptoms for both Concussion and Aneurysm and they both have me concerned. I haven't made it to the doctor yet so Im getting scared because it is all getting worse. I just would like to know what it sounds like so I could be a little more at ease. Please and thank you!

I am the same age and gender. I have the same issues, with more focus on the head and stomach. Went to the doctor about the stomach, failed to mention the head, they told me I could have Crohn's disease, and ordered a colonoscopy and endoscopy to which I failed to attend... Oops, but no thanks. I am also anaemic and was lacking in B-12 and vitamin D. The head situation has been getting somewhat alarming, but I've had some form of those headaches for over a year. I also had a sore neck the day after I hit my head, (which I did again a few days after), and it's been the cause of increasing concern ever since. I also get severe but relatively short-lived pains in my lower abdomen at times, much like the headaches but I feel have more to do with the parts of it that aren't the stomach, perhaps the intestine or the more female parts of the lower internal abdomine. Nothing suss, though, I assure you.
These things may all be related but I don't know because I don't take particularly good care of myself, being the age that I am, if you know what I mean. I am interested in the answer to your question and to know if we're in the same boat.
Sorry for the hope that this was an actual help, and also for your subsequent disappointment.
