Burning sensation in fingertips of left hand

I'm a 14 year-old female and for a few hours now I've been experiencing a constant burning sensation in all five fingers of my left hand. I don't recall getting injured recently but yesterday I went through a lot of pain in the right side of my upper back, beside my scapula. I know it's not arthritis because of my age but I have a young cousin that I lift and carry around a lot and that could have something to do with my back pain and the back pain could be linked to the burning. Thanks for reading and I hope you can help me with my discomfort.
