Do I have ALS?

Please help! I've been having progressing muscle weakness and twitching/spasms ALL OVER my legs, feet, thighs and now arms and even face! Started in mostly legs...ALso have lots of leg pain (in muscles or tendons I think? ) off/on and all of these signs seem to be worse if I walk AT ALL or stand ...my mobility has been diminished to almost nothing...I 've gotten leg cramps and they feel 'tight' like you just exercised but I didn't...I am SOOO scared it's ALS or will be that in future :( ...Seen my neuro, having EMG soon but I am soo scared to go...I am going out of my mind and the twitching/muscle spasms are only getting worse
