Hi there. This appears to be a neuralgia or neurogenic pain which causes pain without any apparent cause, burning itching and electrical shock sensations. Then, L’hermitte’s sign is electric shocks and buzzing sensations when moving head. Rule out syphilitic myelopathy, pernicious anemia, spinal disorders like herniated discs, etc. consult a neurologist for a detailed examination to correlate with clinical signs. Take care.
