month long headache

If anyone had any ideas I would appreciate it. I have had one single headache for 27 days now. I have been through 2 MRI/MRA's and have had a CT done, nothing has been found.  Along with the headache is an unusual pupil.  One is larger than the other. Pain meds and midraine meds do not seem to get rid of it ,just dull the pain.  No one I see seems to have any answer for why I can not get rid of this headache.  Does anyone have any ideas that I may try/

Hello.

This condition of unequal pupil size is called anisocoria.

There is some good information about anisocoria in this article:
http://www.emedicine.com/neuro/topic479.htm

There is a condition called as transient anisocoria. This is associated with headaches. Some other causes to be considered are cervical spine problem, third cranial nerve palsy and uvieitis.

Have you checked with the ophthalmologist?

Regards
