Facial pain and burning sensation

I am a 38 year old woman.  I have had a burning sensation on the upper left side of my face that has come and gone over the past 3 years.  When it does appear--it feels like a bad sun burn. I had an MRI that showed a lesion on my brain.  The neurologist thought that the spot on my brain was most likely from a high fever I had as a teen.   He thought the burning sensation was from nerve damage from the removal of a basal cell carcinoma.
I am not sure if any of these things are related--but here's my history for the past year.  Last fall I visited the dentist for tooth and jaw pain that could not be explained by anything the dentist could see.  Also, my eye doctor sent me to a neuro ophthalmologist because I have been experiencing eye pain. I broke my nose in the Spring.
In July (I wasn't experiencing any facial pain or burning at the time) I had a cosmetic filler injected in my nasal labial folds.  I don't know if that could be related to my recent flair up--but within the last 3 week my facial symptoms are worse than ever.  Now I am experiencing burning in my temple area, pain around my eye and cheekbone, tingling in my nose, and occasional aching in my jaw.  The pains come and go.  They have grown in intensity and frequency, but the pain is not unbearable.
My questions are:  Could my recent flair up have anything to do with getting the filler injection—like an allergic reaction or nerve damage from the needle?  And, I don't know if I should see an ENT, neurologist, a different specialist—or just wait it out.  I would appreciate any advice.

Hope you still get this in your inbox but I just had Restalyne under eye filler injected  via a cannula in May 2019 and have had sharp intermittent pain in my left cheek ever since. The cosmetic surgeon put me on steroids for a week after telling me it was just a bruise that helped but the pain turned to a constant dull ache and my GP put me on Gabapentin meds which are doing ok to mask the pain. I have had an MRI which was fine and then went to see a Neurologist. Both DRs said the filler must have inflamed a nerve and to leave it in and hopefully the nerve will heal. It’s been 3 months and I still have pain and still on meds. How/was your issue resolved? Did you have an inflamed nerve? Did it heal?

I would suggest you find a large teaching hospital in a city nearby and see if they have a Facial Pain Clinic.  These doctors deal with people with facial pain every day.  They would be able to diagnose you and help you get rid of the pain.

Best of luck!
