Numb area in my mid back without bloodflow for 12 years without resolution

Dear Docs,
about 14 years ago I fell on my back and chest a few times while ice skating, biking and playing soccer. I never saw a doctor directly after any of these accidents.
About 13 years ago the rib right below my pectoral muscle on my left side started moving and can be pushed in and up, resulting in a loud click sound in the centre of my ribcage where the rib is connected to my ribcage. This is not painful at all and can be repeated infinetely. Following the path of this rib around my torso towards my spine there is a fist-size area to the left of my spine below my shoulder blade on my mid-back which is numb to touch or temperature. The area starts out numb every single morning and developes into stinging and sometimese dull pain during the day and is sometimes intolerbale in the evening to the point where every movement hurts. This cicle repeats every day without fail, the intensity varies around 30%.
I have done CT, roentgen, MRT (only) of the chest, pain medication injected into the area, physiotherapy, osteopathy, massage therapy, orthopedic soles, yoga and stretches but nothing ever gave clear results as to what causes it or helped fix the numbness and pain.
When laying down on an accupressure mat the described area does not turn red like the rest of my back, indicating no sign of elevated blood flow in said area (can provide pictures If necessary).
I went to see Neurologist because I assume that the nerves in that area might be damaged and she asked me to send her the MRT results and we booked an appointment to do a SEP-test. This test will be done in March 2023 which makes me sad because it means that I have to endure this pain at least until then and I am getting desperate.
I would really like to know what the professionals here think of my situation and if you would assess it to be nerve damage. If you dont think this is nerve damage, what else could it be? And if you do think that it might be nerve damage related, what options does my neurologist have to treat it?
Thanks in advance, I am really happy for every answer I get!
