Thanks for you swift response. From the day one it started with burning and twitching including head. But after using gabapentin it is decreased. Now I see my hands and legs are becoming very chilli and I have always driping in the pennis with gummy liquid. I am not sure what is happening in my body. I did all exams like EKG, MRI, all type of blood tests, nothing showing any problem, all tests are negative results. I feel my hands and feet loosing some muscles as well. Please tell me do I have to worry about any disorders from blood. what you suggest. which test will be good for this. Is there any type of blood test will tell the problem. Because I feel many times in the body prickling pain, burning, drymouth, tingling. some times growins are pain. My internal medicine doctor says it is all parastiasis and nueropathy. But no fever or diariah. I really appreciate your help. thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there.  Causes of generalized muscle twitches could be dehydration, fatigue, exercise, dietary deficiency, overuse of caffeine, drug abuse of steroids, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, spinal muscle atrophy, weak muscles or myopathy.  Paraesthesia or tingling is caused by nerve damage or disease.  The causes are nerve injury like pinched nerves, which can get permanent with delayed treatment, anxiety or panic attack, tumor around the spinal cord, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, alcohol or tobacco, circulatory disorders like high blood pressure or due to smoking etc. Certain investigations would be requires like MRI spine, blood tests, cerebrospinal fluid examination etc. certain vitamin deficiencies like B12 also need to be ruled out and supplemented if deficient. Please consult your neurologist for a clinical evaluation lest something important be missed. Take care.
