Feeling electricity?

Hello my name is Carlos I am 16 years old. I have been having some kind of HOCD for over a year and being scared 24/7. First i was scared of gay people and i was getting panic attacks. I also was over masturbating like 5-7 times daily. I also wasn't sleeping a lot since summer 2008 i was going to sleep at 4 or 5 in the morning  and i was feeling tired a lot and still over masturbating and i was very anxious and having HOCD. I also had a radiography of my neck and i have an extra bone i the top two vertebrates of my neck. On December 31st i was tired cause i wasn't  sleeping and i was having fear all the time and that day on new years i drank a lot of alcohol and went to sleep like at 5 in the morning and I was feeling trembling all my body and two days after i still went to sleep every day not before 2 am and on Saturday two days after new years i was sitting down in the 32nd floor of a building in sunny isles  and i felt like a shock of electricity in my head and since then i have been feeling very anxious and worrying about having something in my head and having severe panic attacks. I have been feeling all the symptoms of panic. they are horrible. Can somebody help me please ???? and tell me what i have?

I wanted to ask you if i might be having Serotonin syndrome caused by over poduction of serotonin. As i read in this website:

Hello thank you for your respond. I have been sleeping for about two weeks from 10 or 11 pm till 9 or 10:30 am. Today i went to my optometrist and got my pupils dilated and everything was perfect. I am now feeling better thank you !

Hi,

You seem to be suffering from excessive anxiety which is resulting in panic attacks.
I would suggest you to do some self relaxation exercises everyday. Make sure you keep yourself busy during the day. Play sports daily and sleep for at least 8 hrs during the night.
If the problem cannot be controlled please consult your GP as you may need medications like beta blockers to control your anxiety.
