Tingling and Numbness

For the past 4 years i have had variety of symptoms.  It all started with vision problems ranging from flashes to ear noises that sometimes get way too hard to stand in a silent room.  Every night i turn the fan on or else it feels like i am   in a room with wind circuling my house.

I have strong tingling and numbness and severe nerve pain in my arms legs and my head.  I have had twitching and about year or so ago it feels as though my head is draining liquid that goes into my throat and then i feel something in my chest right after it.  As if i am catching a cold.  It gets really worst in cold.  All of these symptoms become SEVERE right after my period and before my period.  I have gone to Neurologist and got an MRI done two times.  One time i had it done with braces and the second time i had it done last year without braces. The results showed nothing in the brain, and the dr. dismissed my case.  However i am not sure what is the problem with me.  The pain from the nerves is severe at times that i cannot go to sleep  at night with pins and tingling in my legs.  I feel as though that blood is not circulating right.

Can you please advise?

Well I dont take any Vitamins at all!!!  I just dont know where to start with those!!  I have gone to the dr for blood tests only thing i know is that i am anemic.

I am not on any medicines.  Only thing i see there is a pattern with the symptoms before and after my period.  They just get worst.  Do you know how i can figure out if this has to do with hormonal issues?

Hi, are you on some medicines? Pain and tingling could be due to neuropathy associated with vitamin B deficiency, abnormal thyroid status, altered calcium levels or other hormonal issues. Please get your blood vitamin B, calcium and thyroid levels done before considering other options for diagnosis.

Drugs like gabapentin, phenytoin, amitryptline etc are prescribed for neuropathic pain.
