HELP with problems

I am new to this so bear with me.Oh and I don't type or spell very good.
I am 39 male.I have narcolepcy with catiplexy sence 1990.I do not take any meds for this condition at this time because of side-affects and plain old just not working. In 1994 I started having head tremors when laying down, sitting and almost constant when stressed or tired. It came and went untill last AUG. they started with a bit more frequance. In March it started all the time when sitting or standing, very hard shakeing.I have had a problem with falling for a few years but nopyw I have started falling backwards mostly.I do have a problem going down stairs also.My left pinky jumps up and down when I sit or lie down for bed.Almost all my fingers on my right hand and my hand jump around too. This started in July.I have also noticed my right leg moving when I sit and stand but not always.

I have seen a local neurologest and a movement disorder Dr. The MD Dr. said he didn't have a clue it might be a pych. problem.I have had no family history of pych. or neurology problems and consider myself fairly healthy besides high blood presure that is controlled with clonidine .1mg 3 times a day.My local Dr.s have tried several differant meds. some made me worse some did nothing. The only thing that has worked is carbidopa/levo which I am on at this time it slows it down and at first it would stop it but now just slows it quit a bit.Mylocal Dr.s do not think it is pych. problem but have not been able to give me a diagnoses.

I hope someone can offer some direction or someting.

Thank you for your comment.I first went to a local neurologist,He has done a good job and I havent been unhappy with him. Then I went to the movement disorder Dr. at UAMS.He stated he had never seen anything like it and it might be just in my head or I was putting on for some reason.Last week I went to Washington U. in St.Louis and saw movement Dr..He said he was classifing it as a parkinsonism do to the tremors in my hands and fingers and my that he beleaves it to have something to do with dopamean. But he didn't know what to make of the side to side head tremors. He is increasing the amount of sinemet and changed it off the time release. This still dosn't tell me what I have wrong with me.
I saw me local neurologist yesterday and he seemed to be out out with me and said it made him feel better that they were stumped to and told my wife that I looked worse than I did 2 months ago.He also said that we might be getting to many cooks in the kitchen ,which I agree with,But he made all the referral appointment that I have gone to.
I guess I'm just getting flustrated and need answers and to vent a little.Do most people have this much trouble getting answers and proper treatment.I would also like to ad I have only been sick like 3 times my intire life and have been to the Dr. maybe 10 times, besides to get stiches untill this got bad back in march.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
There could be many causes of tremors , muscle twitches and balance problems . One of them is Parkinson's disease. This disease occurs mostly in an old age but there have been cases of occurrence in people as young as 30 yrs of age .Other disorders that cause the symptoms are multiple sclerosis, Wilson's disease, mercury poisoning, thyrotoxicosis, and liver encephalopathy . Please consult the physician and neurologist and discuss these possibilities . An MRI , CT scan and blood tests may be helpful in diagnosis .Tizanidine is a drug of choice in such symptoms . Hope this helps you . Take care and regards !
