Headaches and Lightheaded
For the past 2 months headaches and lighthead .... have done almost every test all negitive . What can I do ??????
Still can't find anything . Put on Gabapentin and Meclizine . Sleeping better but still lightheaded . Had lumbar puncture , CT scans , MRI with contrast , all types of blood tests all results negative .

Hi there. Consult a neurologist for detailed evaluation of these headaches. These could be secondary to stress, tension, hypertension, migraines, cluster headaches, refraction errors. if the headaches are localized, vascular headaches, aneurysms and tumor. Cervical spondylosis could cause referred headaches and sinusitis and ear infection could also give rise to referred headaches. Therapy is according to the cause. Take care.
