Help please what does this mean?

I have pain, pins needle, burning and sharp pain with numbness in both feet. I just received my nerve conduction study results and not sure what it all means. Conclusion is servere peripheral sensory Polyneuropathy combined with bi lateral S2 radiculopathy. What does this mean? I go back to Dr in 2 weeks

I'm sorry you are having this issue.  Sensory nerves are the communication nerves that tell our body about pain and also send signals to move a muscle, etc.  It sounds like this is dysfunctional currently.  It often is associated with nerve damage.  The other is a mechanical compression of a nerve.  Please let us know how your doctor's appointment goes and their plan to treat you!
