Help with my MRI of rotator cuff MRI results

Findings:

Rotator cuff:  No rotator cuff muscular atrophy or edema.
Full-thickness supraspinatus tendon rupture with retraction about 2 cm to the
mid humeral dome. The retracted tendon is degenerated.
Mild infraspinatus tendinosis with tiny linear intrasubstance near fluid signal
at the insertion suggesting a tiny intrasubstance partial tear.
Teres minor tendon unremarkable.
Subscapularis mild tendinosis with fluid signal about 5 x 5 mm at the most
distal insertion on the lesser tuberosity, most suggestive of partial tear
(axial series 3 image 16 and sagittal series 6 image 16). The transverse
ligament is intact. No subluxation or dislocation of the biceps tendon.

Biceps: The extra-articular biceps tendon normal within the bicipital groove.
The intra-articular biceps tendon appears intact but may be mildly degenerated.

Cartilage and labrum: No definite glenohumeral chondral defect. The labrum is
intact as visualized.

Osseous structures and bone marrow: Type II acromion. Mild glenohumeral marginal
osteophytes and capsular edema. No os acromiale. No fracture, contusion or AVN.
No suspicious bone marrow lesion.

Other: Mild glenohumeral joint fluid communicating with the subacromial
subdeltoid bursa. Moderate fluid distention of the subacromial subdeltoid and
subcoracoid bursae. No thickening or edema in the axillary recess. No axillary
adenopathy.
