Hemi sensory deficit please help

Hi

Over the past one year i have been experiencing hemi sensory deficits on my left side starting from my head to toe. It has been progressively getting bad. It doesn't affect the strength and motor. I do have neuropathic pain on my left side along with partial numbness. I find it strange to walk, talk. It is not easy anymore but people who look at me will not notice it.

Went to several neurologist , doctors they couldn't find anything after mri of brain spine snd mra of brain.

The only thing that came positive is small fiber neuropathy, borderline inconclusive lupus.

My neurologist doesn't think much of small fiber neuropathy because my condition is unilateral and affects the face.

I am healthy 33 year old female otherwise with perfect bloodwork except for positive ana ( no specific antibodies found).

Really frustrated with the situation not knowing what to do and how to help myself.

Please advise
