involuntary muscle contractions

I used to run 5 miles a day. In November, I noticed that I seemed to be leaning forward as I started to run. Over the next few months, and my glutes and abdominals started to fire pulling me downward and forward. By march, I had to stop running and I now have difficulty walking any distance. If I am standing I have to struggle to remain upright. This only bothers me when I am vertical. I can ride a recumbent bike, I can lift, I can even play golf. My MRI showed "nothing worrisome", I have no tremors and I have full sensitivities. Everyone I have seen says they've never seen anything like it. It seems to be getting worse as I have to exert more and more effort to remain upright when vertical. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have been to a neurologist, my primary, a chiropractor, and physical therapist. All are amazed. I have had an MRI and bloodwork done. So far nothing has been found. My primary is trying to get me into the major teaching hospital near me.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
I think you have a i) gait abnormality or a ii) inner ear defect
For gait you have to consult a neurologist.
Please consult a ear specialist and understand why you cannot stand straight.
(It may take place sometimes mildly if you have labrynthitis.)

If you can go for a good multispecialized unit you can get yourself diagnosed as you need some tests to come to conclusion.
Best of luck and you will be ok once diagnosed!
Take care
