I am so scared

I am sorry to keep asking the same question but I have been reading and I see that people can get rsd from having a nerve injury related to venipuncture.  I read the symptoms and it says you would have a cold feeling and sometimes I get a cold feeling on my arm.
My original symptoms were tingling in my fingers, and dull pain in my arm from sholder down.  I believe the girl who took my blood hit my ulnar nerve because it affected mainly my pinky and ring finger.  It has been over 6 weeks and I still have dull pain in my arm sholder down.  The tingling has gone away.
I also have some weakness in my arm.  And pain in my fingers the knuckle area which tends to come and go.
Thank you and again, I'm sorry to keep asking.  But I need to know if this sounds like rsd.  I do not have insurance to go to neurologist and have spoke to several people who say it will get better, however I do not know if they know that this can happen.

Sometimes I do get a mild burning feeling.
I did last night.
And this pain in my arm didn't start until the blood draw.  When it happened it immediately caused tingling in my pinky and ring finger and I have had pain ever since.  It isn't horrible pain but it is there.  And sometimes my arm is weak feeling.
I believe it is my ulnar nerve.

I do have a old feeling sometimes on different places on my arm.  The dull pain comes and goes.  I am a waitress at a resturant, it has been hard to get to relax much.
I thank you for taking the time out to respond to my message.  I am always reading things that scare me.
This has gotten in the way of so much for me.  As I am a single parent and need to be working more  And to be honest, it isn't really the pain or anything that has kept me down as much as the worry.
Thanks again,
Michelle

The very fact that the pain is dull generally rules out the possibilty of of a nerve damage as the cause of the injury. Pains due to damaged nerves are generally sharp and radiating. So, relax and dont panic. The tingling could be a self limiting condition called as neuropraxia. R S D (reflex sympathetic dystrophy) is accompanied by a burning sensation and pain on response to relative inoccuous stimuli like touch. It is very rare for a venepuncture to cause it. So, just be rest assured it is not RSD.

The pain is not horrible, it is rather a dull pain.  The sholder thing is more like if you slept wrong.  And it comes and goes.  Upon reading the pain factors for a person with RSD, it sounds like they are in horrible pain.  However, this only happened 7 weeks ago.  Do you think this is what it is?  I am sorry to bother you, but I am 30 years old and this just has me so worried.
What does it mean that tingling went away in my hand?  How common is it that someone would get rsd from a blood draw nerve injury?
Is it normal that I would have an off and on cold feeling on different places on my arm?
Thanks again,
Michelle

so, how do u feel right now?i hope the pains not so disturbing to u anymore.u r right, the ulnar nerve maybe damaged sometimes during venepuncture.but the shoulder pain appears unrelated to the ulnar nerve injury.its probably some local musculoskeletal problem.i think u need to be evaluated for cervical spondylosis also as sometimes such symptoms may arise due to this. this doesnt rrequire a neurologist and any GP can help u.so, be reassured it doesnt appear serious.godbless!
