I have been experiencing very similar things. All tests normal so far. Wondering... Have you found out what is causing your internal tremors yet?
Hi there!
Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include infections, inflammations neuro-muscular causes such as peripheral neuropathy, causes related to the central nervous system, degeneration, low blood sugar, metabolic issues, hormonal/ endocrine abnormalities growths masses etc. It would be best to have this evaluated by an internist/ neurologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.
Take care!
