I'm stuck

I'm 16 years old male, for the past 2 months I have been feeling endless symptoms. I went to the ER about 1 month and a half ago cause I was getting overwhelmed by symptoms with my bowl movement on and off diahrea with temendous stress I got blood work and the doctor told me I was completely fine. Three days later I got this bad headache that goes from pain to tension and back and forth. For about a month it was on and off and I went to my doctors and I told them that I was experiencing eye floaters back of the head tension and pain pins and needles on my back chills really bad muscle tension in my head hot feelings on random body parts, and really cold hands and feet. I honestly am just so lost

Have you had a cervical or brain MRI done? If so, what did they show?

Most of your sympoms sounds like anxiety. I used to have the ice cold hands and feet aswell.. Had it for years.. Are you eating regularly? Not eating as much caused this for me. Ive experienced those symptoms for years now i was 16 aswell now im 24.. I get massive migraines very often aswell. Only way is to ignore them and believe that you're fine because you've been told your fine.
