Is fibrolipoma terminale is a serious medical isuue

Recently i took MRI scan related to my back and right side leg pain. if i stands up-to 1 hour i felt tired in my right leg as well as heavy pain. so i consulted to the doctor he checked and examined the x ray and found some irregularities in the back further he suggest to me get MRI scan i did it and the result came as as follows

There is a thin(2 MM diameter) linear, T1 and T2 hyper intense structure within thecal sac, extending from the L2-L3 level up to the S1-S2level,lying in posterior mid line. This structure shows suppression of the hyperintense signal on FS TW FSE sequences, consistent with fatty nature. These finding suggest afibrolipoma of the filum terminale

Paraspinal strucure are unremarkable.
bilateral sacroiliac joints are normal.

IMPRESSION

1.Rectification of the lumbarlordois-suggesting paraspinal muscle spam
2.Fibrolipoma of the terminale. No evidence of tethered cord.

This is my mri result doctor suggest to me to consult nuero specialist.
This result shows any serious issue related to spinal cord
