Is my face numb because of a tight muscle or I am having a strok

Hi.  I am 31 years old woman, I have 3 children who I have been homeschooling for one year now.  A couple years ago I noticed that my right back scapula muscle got tight and painful.  It would go away then It would come back depending my degree of stress.  One year ago, I moved to a Third world country changing my life style quiet a little.  In the States I used to go to school, drop off kids to their school, cook dinner be a wife etc.   Now my life style is homeschooling my children and depending for my husband to get home for me to be able to do stuff outside the house.  My symptoms have been progressing while the time passes.

I had gained 30 pounds in 5 months, I have been trying my best to loose weight but is becoming very hard.  I also work out 3 times a day and cook healthy meals.  Depression has become part of me as well but it goes away somehow.  My muscle started to ache again 4 months ago, getting more and more intense pain (sharp, hot pain).  At this point the bottom of my neck hearts but it is not as intense as my scapula.  I also felt pain on the muscle by my rib cage (on my back), but it went away.   Two months ago, I started to notice some changes on the right size of my face,  It seems thicker with a deep line from the tip of my nose to the tip of my moth just like the sing to close a parenthesis.
A couple weeks ago,  I started to feel numbness on my face and thick feeling but it went away.  I also felt it in my right arm.  I had headaches behind my eyes but they were more intense on my right side as well. I had headaches probably 2 times a week for 2-3 weeks.   Three days ago I notice more changes on my face, my bottom lip is pulling down and my face has the warm, numb and thick feeling too.  I get blurry vision once in a while but it doesn't last long. My right sinus is stop up all the time.  I notice that my energy level is very low, one day I feel energetic and happy then it happens within minutes I feel like I crash with a sleepy feeling.  I sleep at least 7 to 8 hours at night but I don't get to sleep well.  I wake up every other hour.

I don't smoke, drink alcohol, do drugs or take any medications.  No hypertension, diabetis according to my last physical exam done 10 months ago.   I saw the neurologist yesterday and she told me to get an MRI today. She also found out that a have facial dissemetry, she ordered me to get a MRI done today if it is possible. She put me on Myofen 2xday, Trileptal 300 2xday and Milga Nerve Tonic 2xday.    I am very worried that I am having a stroke.

In this country you can't get things done fast as in the States. I went to the ER yesterday because of this and it took 5 hours for the neurologist to see me ( and the hospital I went to is one of the most expensives here).. If I am lucky I will get the MRI done today other wise I will have to wait.

PLEASE HELP ME!! AND GIVE ME SOME ADVICE.  AM I HAVING A STROKE?  OR?? SOMETHING ELSE?
Thank you so much and God bless you for giving good advice.

Yes you really need an MRI and a spinal tap to test your spinal fluid. Your symptom seem to resemble those of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) more than a stroke, tho I can testify to having a mild stroke combined with an autoimmune disease, that is undiagnosed so far, but I know it is a least not MS. I hate to say this, but I think you need to return to the states to get good medical help and even here it can be difficult to find someone to take the time to get to the bottom. But MS can usually be diagnosed with a Brain MRI combined with a spinal tap to see if there is any "banding" in your fluid.
