What to do next? Go and find sublingual (under the tongue) B12 and increase your B12 levels.
I use 2000 mcg of sublingual B12 spray daily for my autoimmune pernicious anaemia. Brillant! :)

Yes, I'm being dealt with by NHS. Ive been told there's nothing wrong with my B12 count so not really sure what to do next :0(
My doctor said I don't need injections but my balance is still slightly off and I have tingling all over. I will be having an MRI in the next few weeks but I've had these symptoms since July after a General anaesthetic without them getting any better or going away. Getting a bit low about them to be honest.
"At least six neurological and psychiatric papers, in top medical journals, have shown that the normal range [for B12 serum] should be regarded as at least 500-1,300 pg/ml (rather than 200-1,100), since the cerebrospinal fluid level can be deficient when the serum level drops below 500, and neuropsychiatric symptoms often occur at serum levels between 200 and 500 pg/ml (VanTiggelen et al, Lindenbaum et al, Mitsuyama/Kogoh, Nijst et al, Ikeda et al, Regland)."
Yes, your B12 level and your symptoms DO correlate as 289 is LOW enough to cause symptoms you have mentioned.
Is this being corrected or not?
Are you dealing with the NHS? Uggg......alot of their physicians are CLUELESS. I feel for you.
Well....get this MRI to rule out anything else that might be going on, but I will bet that this B12 count is the culprit.
Insist on having this corrected IMMEDIATELY.
