1. normal lumbar curve in standing
2. used to lean back a lot while sitting
3. mild numbness at times in the left leg (sometimes pain in the thigh region to knees)
4. i do have intermittent back pains for quite some time, may be couple of years but
need to attend only recently a month back due to acute lower back pain.
5. i had IFT/traction for a week with some medication including muscle relaxant
6. with above treatment feeling better / i did skipping recently and that made me worse
and with some sitting posture, feel discomfort.
7. I lack in physical activity but not very sedentary. I travel quite a bit on official works.
8. waist is 36" / height 6' 1" / weight 85 kgs
