MRI result question

I've posted in the past about my multiple symptoms lasting off and on for 16 months, long story short had a MRI 4 months ago 5mm lesion left frontal lobe and two non-specific tiny foci right frontal lobe.  My symptoms are better right now only fatigue and weakness remain-slight cognitve difficulties.  New MRI report states no significant changes(still lesion on left and two small foci on right)- does that mean nothing is wrong and my symptoms were and are caused by something else?  Any advice appreciated.                  Thank You, Teresa

My CSF was clear, I have no issues with headaches or blood pressure.  My PCP thought maybe anxiety and put me on different meds. which made me worse(fatigue, emotional, and made my forehead feel odd) she then pulled all meds.  My right eye has pain on/off, my right sided weakness comes and goes as does my memory and cognitive issues.  The radiologist report says MS possibility-which is why I had follow-up MRI.  What else in your opinion should I check into-or should I wait until another severe attack-couldn't remember my name lasting only minutes, then the other followed?  Thanks for your insight!   Teresa

Hello.

In MS, the white matter lesions are periventricular. If your MRI report does not mentions anything of this sort, it most likely is a normal MRI with non-specific white matter lesions.

If your CSF examination is clear, your symptoms are probably due to some other reason. Do you have any headaches or blood pressure issues ?

Additionally, fatigue, cognitive difficulties and weakness/tiredness are also the symptoms of depression. Do you think you might be depressed ? I am sorry, I don't know any other symptoms that you might be having, but from the symptoms that you wrote here, I just thought of it as one more possibility.

Regards
