MRI results say one things, but I feel otherwise

I've posted here before about some post viral issues that prompted an MRI.  Results mention a chronic sinusitis condition which is  odd.  Curious if anyone out there has dealt with this.  I have been dealing with 3 months of symptoms after a high fever/virus hit me-pressure feeling headaches behind th eyes/on the temple, very fatigued, and 2 episodes of blacking out.  The black out episodes had my hand shaking for a few seconds uncontrollably.  This doesn't sound like a sinus to me.  I am having my follow up visit with the neuro in 4 days. I was given anti biotics as soon as they gave me the diagnosis.  I did feel a lot better for 4 days after starting these, but have now slipped back to the intense symptoms.  I know I am rambling, but like a lot of you am looking for some guidance.  I just feel that my symptoms are odd enough to tell me something is not right.....

You should see a neurologist,  sounds like early signs of lupus,  get yourself checked.. And make sure they do a spinal tap and a EEG.also look up ocular migraines. I stuffer also with your Dane symptoms and took 4 doctors 3 years to get the proper diagnosis. I have seizures , and when i wake up my whole body feels like it's shaking,  sometimes I can't pull myself up,  and my eyes flicker with light.  It's a nightmare,  the right kind of medication has helped greatly.  I pray God gives you guideness to the right doctors!  Most will act like your just there for narcotic instead of really doing test.  Lots of symptom all at once , i don't mean to repeat myself but lupus... look it up

it sounds like it may be i have had them since my open heart surgery something went wrong, anyway the trileptal is a seizure medication i take it and it has stopped the seizures totally havent had one since

Trileptal is in a group of drugs called anticonvulsants, or antiepileptic drugs. It works by decreasing nerve impulses that cause seizures

Do not take this medication if you are allergic to oxcarbazepine or to a similar medicine called carbamazepine (Carbatrol, Tegretol).

Thanks for the reply.  I have never cmopletely blacked out, only partially.  The hand shaking was really weird, and seizure was the first thing that came to mind. Do my symptoms sound like something that could casue this?  What does this medication do that you mentioned above?

Sounds like you are having seizures. what happens after you wake up from a blackout? and if you are having them, ask the Dr for a medication called Trileptal, it works great.
