Can't tolerate inversion table, pressure in head, hearing affected?

Is this a normal symptom that everybody gets? If I get on an inversion table, and am even half way inverted, I immediately feel pulsations, throbbing, and my hearing feels like it's going in and out, in and out.

Yesterday I dropped something off of my bed. I was laying on my stomach, and took the upper part of my body and leaned over the bed going downward to the floor to pick it up, within 10 seconds I got the intense pressure and my hearing started to go in and out (and I feel pressure most on the sides of my face).

I tried this again while on a chair. Kept my legs on the chair, but leaned down with the upper body to the floor, and within seconds I got intense pressure and my hearing was affected. I tried to stay in that position as long as possible to really observe the sensations, and I ended up getting light headed and had to sit up fast. I can't hold the position for more than 30 seconds.

Also, if I squeeze below my jaw on the sides of the neck, I can induce the same exact hearing symptom where it feels like my hearing is going in and out (what I get with the other positional changes I described).
