Memory Loss

I am a 33 year old mother of three and my memory is getting worse.  I used to attribute it to being so busy but it's become more short term as I get older.  I'm forgetting words when I have conversations with people, names of streets that I've always known before.  I'll walk in a room specifically for an item and once in the room, I forget why I was there.  I can't remember where I put anything like keys, shoes, kids backpacks and I forget where things go, like milk goes in fridge etc.  My husband is growing increasingly frustrated because I'll promise to do something or pick something up and I'll forget and have little recollection of his asking.  Should I be worried?

Hi,

As of now this does not seem to be serious and may well be due the fact that you are extremely busy taking care of your family and have too many things on your mind.
Make sure to find some time to relax from your daily routine. Take the help of your spouse and friends and family. A small vacation will also help.
I would also suggest you to take nutritional supplements and sleep for at least 8 hrs in the night.

Thanks

hi, i am 33 also and a mother of 2 daughters 6yrs and 2yrs and have a terrible memory. i forget things on a daily basis. like my husband asks me to post something and i either forget to bring it with me or i put it in the car , drive to wherever and come back home still with it!! i meet people say from former work place or school, and i have no idea who they are. i dont remember much from childhood, and if reminded i only vaugly (sp?) remember. i regularly ask people a question  and sometimes find myself asking again few min later as i have forgotten the answer. i put it down to my underactive thyriod that ive had for 8yrs now, but prob had it for a few yrs before diagnosis and starting treatment.
