Numbness in the right foot from ankle to toes

Numbness is due to compromise of the nerves. Diabetic neuropathy is one possibility, however this is generally of gradual onset. An hba1c test would be in order. Another possibility is circulatory compromise. You need an in-person examination by an M.D. , an evaluation of the dorsalis pedis pulses, and, if warranted a color doplar of the leg. This is not something to fool around with.
