New symptoms with my PCS

I was diagnosed with PCS in 2009. At that time my symptoms were mostly staring, not knowing where I was, and a feeling not being myself. Lately I have been having another type of episode. I think that I have done something, but then I haven't. For example, I was in the store picking out cards ,I had picked out 4 of them. . On my granddaughters card I had switched envelopes, to a pink one. I was standing in line looking at my cards and hers was not there. I looked in my cart, on the floor, inside the other cards and could not find it. I went back to the rack where I had picked it out thinking I must have accidentally put it back. The card with the pink envelope was not there. I know I had picked it out but it was no where. So I got another card and put the pink envelope with it. There have been other episodes like this. Thinking I had done something but I hadn't. They are as real as anything. Are these seizures or am I having hallucinations ? I am 61 years old. I have been on lamictal 200mg bid, thank you

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having, I know how frustrating it can be. My memory problems are a result of a brain tumor and so are my seizures. But I am sorry to say that the only way you will be able to find out what is causing yours is to have a doctor run some tests. Other than that there is no real way to say.
See if your doctor will give you an EEG, that should be able to tell if you are suffering from seizures or not.
