No diagno. sis for progressive neuromuscular disorder

I am a 70 year old male diagnosed with an unknown progressive neuromuscular disease! Symptoms started 2-3 years ago.Started with fatigue and weakness in legs.Has progressed to using a walker and wheelchair.I can tell when I am about to fall as I get a funny sensation in my legs and then they start to vibrate and flutter and I better be sitting down.Muscle biopsy was normal. Brain MRI shows a brightened area on one side of neck where doctor says cords run down but nothing in spinal column. Have been tested for ALS but Dr doesn't feel I have this as I'm not following the typical pattern for this. They did suggest PLS as one point but now say probably not.My reflexes are normal overall - in one test where he ran something along the bottom of my foot, he stated I had the opposite reaction that I should have( toe up or down - I can't remember). Upper body seems fine.I do suffer from urinary inconitence. I have other health concerns as well which I am wondering if they are all somehow related.Over the last year, I have developed itchy, purplish skin ulcerations that occasionally bleed. I am seeing a dermatologist soon as I have had one skin cancer sore in the past that was successfully removed. I was also diagnosed 20 years ago with Chronic Lymhocytic Leukemia. White count goes up and down. I am currently on IVG therapy once a month. On another interesting note I have had many benign tumors removed-one pressing on my pituitary gland, one on my back, one on my shoulder and one in bladder. At this point, I'm not sure if they can all be somehow related or if I just happen to be so lucky to be inflicted with many different ailments.I'm hoping that by chance, someone else has experienced symptoms like mine as a diagnosis sure would be nice!

I am not on any medication other than prevacid for my acid reflux which I forgot to mention. I used to take pills for high blood pressure but that has mysteriously disappeared over the last 5years and now my blood pressure is normal or low sometimes. The doctors say there is no evidence of any recurring pituitary adenoma on my last MRI. I am going for another MRI in June to see if there is any more change.I have been to see a naturapath who says he cannot help me. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
You are a brave man and have fought so many problems perfectly.
You have to correlate all the surgeries and also the treatment you had taken near a physician.
I think these symptoms might also occur due to chronic use of a drug/adverse effects. There might be blockade of your neuromuscular channel or some problem with the neurotransmitter or from the nervous system.
Holistic understanding of your problem and ruling out one by one is the only solution to your problem.
You also said that they removed one tumour near the pituitary gland and this can also be the reason.
Take care!
