I'm not sure if this is neurological, but it seems the best fit. About 2 weeks ago, I had a fairly long train journey, 4 hours total. On the first part of the journey, my right leg started going numb. I didn't think too much of it, because it does that often if I'm sitting down for a while. But then this excruciating pain started in my right shin, it felt almost like it was right inside the bone. I've had these pains before, but never coupled with the numbness in my leg. What worried me was that after about 15 minutes, my right hand started to go numb (I'm left-handed, don't know if that's helpful to anyone). It lessened when I got off the train and walked around a little, but for the rest of the evening right until I got to bed, my leg hurt so much, and my fingers were tingly. The pain in my leg also seemed to move around, as in sometimes it was in the middle of my shin, then it felt like it moved up towards my knee etc. I then didn't think anymore of it, but when I told my boyfriend about it later, he got a bit worried and said I might want to go see the doctor. My question is, what caused that and is it a cause for concern? Thanks.
