Skin on tricep is numb and moving up to bicep

My daughter’s tricep and now bicep is numb. It doesn’t hurt, it’s not the muscle, she said it’s just her skin that feels numb. It been a month or a little more, has since traveled closer to her underarm and is now traveling up to her bicep. She wrestles nationally and year round for about 10 years and this has never happened to her. I just don’t know where to go with this. Thank you in advance for your help!
