Plenty of Symptoms and No Diagnosis

Hi there,

I am a 18 year old female,
I am now clueless as i have been to so many doctors since last year august and no one can find anything wrong.
My symptoms are

Headaches - Shooting pain in the head or a clamping pain at times
Dizziness - Almost every day now i will have a case of being dizzy and feeling nauseous.
Hearing loss
Vision loss
Mental pulses and heart pulpitating
shooting pains in my muscels and heart.
Speach sluring and jumbling
Loss of concentration
Tingly sensations in my right arm mostly in my left
Muscel twitching
Black outs sometimes even fainting
at times i hear this noise in my head like there is something loose and as i walk it like rattles have you heard of this before?
Spine and back quick pains out of the blue

My mom took me a neurologist and after doing a EEG she said that my left side of my brain was slower than the right and sugested we do a M.R.I.
The M.R.I came out Normal
She gave me headache pills and said i must go back in 6 weeks.
So then what could be wrong with me? i don't want to just take pain killers i want to find out what is wrong it's driving me insane does any one have any idea of what it could be?

Sounds alot like what I went through. I have a Chiari I Malformation of the hindbrain.  There are many support groups online.  Did the MRI include the hindbrain/cranio-vertabrete junction?  Chat with some others who share your symptoms at wacma.org, conquerchiari.org, American Syringomyelia Alliance Project (you can google th eURL for it).  Good Luck.
