Pressure

I am a 34 year old male, no prior issues.  About two months ago I experienced a bad headache after sex.  It went away, but then happened again a few days later.  After that second headache the headaches never went away.  All day long and all night long.  I mainly have extreme pressue in my temples and above my ears, in my eyes and around my face, sometimes in the back of the head as well.  Along with the pressure I have traditional mild headaches all over which come and go.  I continuously feel dizzy, mostly in my head/eyes, but not to the point of falling over.  I am also extremely sleepy all the time, this is totally out of character for me.  My vision feels very weird, dim lighted and at times unfocusing.  My eyes continuosly feel tired and I find myself shutting them often.  I also find myself in a momentary stare where my vision goes out of focus.  I went to my dr who said I had an ear infection and a sinus infection, he put me on antibiotics for two weeks, no change...I saw an ENT who said my sinus look clear.  I had a CT scan done at a local emergency room which turn up only a sinus cyst, which the ENT explained wouldn't cause these issues Im having.  I have an appointment to see a neurologist at the end of December, unfortunitally they can't get me in sooner.  I know without seeing me it is hard to give a diagnosis, but thought any of your thoughts on my symptoms or issues or possible causes would be greatly appreciated.  My life is pretty stress free and I have no feelings of deppresion.

Hey Joe, while I am sorry that youre going thru stuff, it is good to be able to talk to another undx guy since our type seems to be kind of rare on these boards! In the month of April I would get these breif spells of hazy vision which would last 2-3 seconds until I blinked.  During July and August, and sometimes now, I get these warm feelings in the backs of my thighs, like Im sitting without pants on a metal folding chair out in the sun! As of AUgust, I sometimes get lightheaded after a bowel movement, and I'll feel this way for a couple of hours. Now I'll be able to function and move around, but just the mild feeling of "frostiness" persists, and this happens once a week or so. I had a clean neuro exam in Sept and a clean (I believe) EMG for the legs two days ago. Not sure what to think of all this, but I'm somewhat worried. Oh and I also got transient
tingling in my heels Now I dont have weakness, and my symps come and go, and hopefully we can compare notes! Im about 30, otherwise healthy. And all of this seems to have started around April.

Sincerely,
BBzto from NJ

In addition to the sysmtoms above I now have tingling and numbness in my hands and feet, I had pains in my legs, knees, hands/fingers and feet.  I had a Lyme disease test done which came back negative.  Any thoughts to get me through the next month of waiting...my symptoms seem to continue to increase.
