Problem with shakiness...

Hi im 20 years old, male, and physically fit. I work out and eat healthy. Lately i have had shaky hands or fingers. My hands shake when i move my wrist up and down and my fingers shake when i move them to a certain spot. Or when i close my hand to a fist and open it back up it shakes. I heard it can be due to anxiety or stress. Also i DO text and play video games now and then not all the time. What can i do to stop this?
Any replies or suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks.

Hey are you still having your symptoms? Im having symptoms similar to yours but after I run I get a weird feeling in my arm and through my pinky and ring finger. do you have this? I also get the twitches when i extend my hand out and put my wrist up kinda like I telling some to stop.  but when resting it doesnt shake unless its after I play in a soccer game then its like my whole hand.  I was curious if you went to the dr and what he said.
