Tingling / numbing in feet, hands and head

I've just started having tingling, numbing, and pain in my feet and hands, also tingling on my head.
Not sure what it is yet, but seems to be getting worse. Sometimes my feet feel really painfull.  Im going to the doctor for some blood test today and trying to get a prescription for something to calm me down, as I have created Anxiety worrying about this.  Not sure if thats what s making it worse , or not??  I have read several other storys from people with very simular situations,  but i have no back problems , or pain at this time, nor have I ever. I am 49 years old. If anyone can write back  with any helpfull info,,, e-mail me at

Pinched nerves in neck can cause tingling in extremeties and are common past your 40's according to my neurologist. I wish thats what mine was.

Have had same problem for a while now..have had every test you can have...now I have a vertigo..head dizzy...hard to funtion problem!  Go straight for the anixety meds before they start to tell you there is nothing they can do about it. You will need it, so that you don't kill the Doctor's!
