Rapid short lasting dizziness

I have been expriencing these symptoms.
First, a generalised weariness followed by brief moment of intense hunger, then a period of a few minutes of confusion, fuzzy vision  then a couple of minutes of rapid succession of brief dizzy spells where I feel like I am going to faint. The rapid succession lasts for only a couple of minutes and I exprience and 'knowing' when it is over. Afterwards I am tired but can usually continue on as normal.

I find I am exhausted after a disagreement (normal disagreement) with the ,kids or I need to lie down for a while with exhaustion - both which pass after about 20 minutes of lying down. During these episodes I have balance trouble where if I am out I appear drunk and have trouble thinking clearly. I also have trouble with nouns. I have had fasting blood sugars taken which show normal range.

I am 1.70cm hieght and weigh 68kg, 45 years old. My blood pressure is 120/80 normally.

It does suggest seizure activity. Possibly. Not with certainty.

Vasodilation or a vagal episode can sometimes cause such symptoms.

Go to an emergency room immediately after the next episode. They are really good at this sort of thing. Don't hesitate to call 911 and get an ambulance.  Sometimes there are irregularities that are only present within a short window.

You need a work-up because of the possibility that the next time you might have a generalized episode, which could cause danger if you were driving or near a train platform.

It sort of sounds like a seizure of some sort, there are various kinds caused by all sorts of reasons, so since there are so many possibilities, you should probably ask your doctor to perhaps refer you to a neurologist, who can do a complete workup on you, take blood, your history, run some tests to find out what's really going on and be able to provide you with the proper treatment for your type of seizure.  Some people do have seizures where they remain conscious but get dizzy just like you, and one of the triggers can be stress.
