Should I be worried?

I have had muscle twitches for a while... I don't remember exactly where mainly my arm I believe, I just never really thought about them. The twitches have now spread all over my body. Over the course of the last month, month an a half I have had just a lot of fatigue and tiredness. I feel extremely weak. I would still work out heavily, but not to what I am used to. I have tingling in my extremities, mainly feet and hands, and face feels a little numb. I did my blood work and looked online, everything came out normal. I am scared to death... I've been reading online and I have similar symptoms to individuals who have been diagnosed with ALS.
