Hi, it is unlikely to be tennis elbow, but possibility of carpal tunnel syndrome should be ruled out. This condition is due to compression of median nerve at the level of wrist. How about  your thyroid status.

Other possibility is cervical spondylosis causing nerve pinch. How old are you?

Hello dear,
Have you seen a neurologist? You should get yourself examined and do not presume anything on your own.Usually tennis elbow does not present with these symptoms, you should get an x-ray done to rule out any pathology.
