Pressure behind his eyes

My husband has been conplaining of Pressure behind his eyes and brain.Vision is slipping and he is also feeling ligh headed. This is happening about 9 times a day. What could this be?

Get a cat scan asap of the head, could be an aneursym, my brother had simalar symtoms and died from a ruptured aneursym.
