Severe pain

hi iam 23 years old. I have been suffering post nasal drips since last 5 years. before doctors said that its sinus but now they say its clear. however facial pain n headaches is severe. moreover i feel very dizzy and sleepy whole day and also feels very tired. particularly i have pain on left side however its not migraine. its a continuous pain feeling, which feels like something is passing in mid of my head. my shoulders, neck and head is always heavy and i don't remember time when i felt fresh. moreover since past few months i am also having sever joints pain and body pain, it feels like somebody has beaten me and that my joints will crush. I am very upset and really looking forward for an advice. Please kindly help me as i am really fed up of myself.

Hi, Thank you for your question. In few cases, pan-sinusitis may appear as generalized body weakness, post nasal drip, facial pain since bacterial/viral infection takes some time to resolve completely. In addition, if your sinusitis is due to viral infection, then your leg weakness can be due to post-viral fatigue syndrome and needs some time to resolve completely. In addition, vitamin/nutritional (especially B-complex) may lead to a neuropathy/weakness symptoms. I would suggest keeping your nutrition high to fasten up the recovery and if your symptoms persist please consult a neurologist to evaluate other possibilities of neurological disorder.
