'Shock' in right calf, radiated to my head with facial tingling/numbness

Hey,

I have struggled with Sciatica for a short while but today I experienced something completely new and I am quite worried.

I was sat doing work and suddenly I felt what can only be described as an electric shock in my right calf. It seemed to radiate to the left side of my head and since then the left side of my face has been slightly numb with a tingling sensation that won't go away. I have also had some numbNess in my groin area and pain in the lower back and buttocks

Any advice would be appreciated
