Fasciculations B6 toxicity/overdose? (MS/ALS scarec)

Dear All, I was experiencing a lot of twitching recently esp. In my left feet (like all time buzzing) right arm and right eye-lid. I was tested for MS last month (negative) and did have one EMG in my leg (negative) but my doctor told me I did have a very high level of vitamin B6 in my brain fluid. Can this cause fasciculations? Of course Im still scared it can be something seeious, so if anyone have experience with B6 Toxicity and same symptoms I would be reallyy grateful for feedback.

Have u gotten a answer yet on the b6? I don't know why I refuse to believe that anxiety can do this much harm to the body although it makes you wonder with so many undiagnosed cases. I wonder how the people in these old post with these neurological disorders are doing.

I have had twitching for 11 weeks all over my body.   They have gotten better.  My neuro wasn't concerned about them.  He ran me through clinical exam.

Have you seen a Neurologist?

I don't think b6 can cause those.

Neurologist said anxiety and stress can cause a lot of neuro symptoms especially twitching.

How are your stress levels?
