Hand cold when raising arm - also makes feet cold

Strange question... You may not believe it but here goes...
When I raise my right arm (like when using a mouse or keyboard for example) my right hand becomes cold and my right arm becomes sore.  My fingers start to "tighten" like there's little bands around them (below the knuckles closest to the hand, mostly the last 3 I think).  Now for the strange part... in addition, my feet turn icy cold, almost painful!  This occurs a short period of time after being in this position.

What could possibly cause this?

Thanks Dr. Noopur;

What about the connection to my feet?  Could this be the rest of my body reacting (for the arm problem) by lessening blood flow or through some other mechanism?

Thanks again!

Hi,

Your symptoms are very suggestive of nerve entrapment. This could be due to nerve impingement at the level of the wrist or at the level of the elbow because you get these symptoms on raising your arm.
I would suggest you to consult an orthopedic specialist as soon as possible and in the meantime take B complex supplements.

Thanks
