Slurred speech??

I had a total thyroidectomy in feb this year and had RAI in August. All thyroid cancer is gone and my Endo keeps telling me my thyrod labs are fine and my other sympoms are not thyroid related.
For the last two months have been dizzy, lightheaded, nauses, extremely tired. I stopped working last month because I can't get up in the morning. it feels weird when I get up and try to go for a walk, almost like I'm floating and things dont seem real. My memory is getting bad. I'm forgetting what day it is and what I have said. I struggle to get out what I'm trying o say and I slur my words at times also. My GP wants to put me on anti depresents.... I don't see why, I have never had a panic attack, such a "whatever happens happens" attitude to life. I have always been very quick a d witty but can't seem to concerrntrate anymore??? The only time I feel ok is when I'm living down. I can't even sit up without feeling dizzy. Weird!!!! Any suggestions???

What a beautiful little girl on your profile pic :)

Thanks for your response... She did call last week to slightly increase my meds and I will see her mid jan. she didn't increase it because my symptoms she increased it bc she needs mt TSH to be suppressed and that my other symptoms aren't thyroid related. I don't have any other problem with all my other blood work, calcium, iron etc. I'm sure it's related to my hyroid but because all the docs keep saying dizziness and nausea isn't related I was thinking maybe it could be something else?

I'm sick of being sick.. Nev thoughts say I miss working hah

It sounds to me like a typical case of somebody who needs a bit of thyroid medicine, despite their lab numbers being normal.  Informed doctors realize sometimes they have to try a person on a low dose of thyroid medicine and see if the symptoms go away.  A lot of times they do, and that individual just needs it no matter what their numbers say.
