Treatment too slow

For the past 21 years plus I have had back and stomach problems. During the course of the years I have symptoms come and go and ones add like muscle spasms in my stomach, thighs.. numbness in my hands and arms.. pains in my head (like electricity and dull pain). My Dr doesnt listen as he has done so many tests he just tries to appease me by seeing me. I will not take narcotics and have tried to deal with all of this over the years. Lately the pain/pains have over taken me and the depression has set in. I had a brain MRI done w and w/out contrast. The Dr has not sent me to a Neurologist nor have I been told what the results are only that there were a few spots but he wasnt sure what that meant. I was sent to a Neurosurgeon because a year old back MRI showed Cervical Stenosis. I just was sent to the Neurosurgeon and he has to reschedule a new MRI since he cannot go off the year and a half old MRI. I was off work for 3 weeks and the resting helped. I asked to go back to work as the depression was getting worse and I can and will go forward until I cannot. The pains in my head are still there, the pain in my neck, in between my shoulder blades,numbness/tingling and the out of the blue muscle spasms are still there. I dont know where or what to do next. No one seems to be helping. I have the discs of the MRIs but have no idea what they mean

I received my Brain MRI results in the mail yesterday. They are as follows: A few focal T2 and FLAIR hyperintensities within the deep and periventricular white matter of the frnotal lobes are noted. IMPRESSION: Nonspecific cerebral white matter T2 hyperintensities of the frontal lobes. More common differential includes chronic microvascular ischemia, demyelinating disorders, vasculopathy/vasculitis or idiopathic.

I have asked my primary to please set me up with a Neurologist. I have not heard back. The muscle spasms in my stomach and the pain in my neck, back and head are causing me to feel like Im going nuts. The depression is getting hard to control when Im just sitting here. I cant think straight, cant remember. How do I get a new Dr when Im in the middle of all this? Who would want to take me as a new patient with all these problems? I wouldnt.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
A neurologist consultation is necessary for a diagnosis. Along with cervical stenosis, you may be suffering from Multiple sclerosis. It is a demyelinating disease that affects the nerves of the brain and spinal cord  and is characterised by muscle spasms along with numbness and tingling and headaches. The disease presents with foci or spots on the MRI. Please take the MRI reports and consult a neurologist to rule out the disease. Another disorder that presents with similar symptoms is Fibromyalgia. You may need to consult a physician to rule out the same as well. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
